  • WHAT IS VIVA KARAOKE X STUDIOS ?
    The place where magic meets your voice. Come sing a song, tell the world what a good singer you are. Celebrate your every special moment or just come in to enjoy our state of the art lighting and sound system.
  • WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO MAKE A RESERVATION ?
    Book your reservation on our website or call us directly.
  • WHAT IS THE AGE POLICY ?
    We host special parties for families, weddings, birthdays and young adults. Private Rooms – 21+ only after 8PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. During other times, if minors are in the private rooms, we will not be serving alcohol in the room. Main Staging Area – 21+ at all times. Our ID policy is based on the guidelines set forth by the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC). We are required to accept only certain forms of identification to verify age. ID's accepted are: -Military ID -Passport Book -US Issued ID -US issued Drivers License
  • HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK ?
    At the time of booking, you will charged for $50 as a deposit, which will be later credited to your final bill of your reservation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
  • DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE DRINKS ?
    No, we do not allow any outside drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic including water. We have a stellar beverage list for every budget. Any outside drinks snuck into our facility will be confiscated and not returned so please follow our rules. Aside from a full-bar, there are specialty non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase. We also have tap water which is free of charge.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL ?
    We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of karaoke. In order to ensure that your cancellation is received in time please notify us 48 hours in advance. However please note, that your deposit is Non-refundable. We suggest moving your reservation to a later date so you don't loose your deposit!
  • WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE ?
    In order to make the most of your singing session, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time you’d like to start singing. We want to get your party started right and it does take some time to properly check IDs and start tabs. If you arrive at 8:00, we can’t promise you’ll be in full party mode any sooner than 8:15.
  • WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE ?
    We do our best to accommodate parties running late but unfortunately if the room is already booked after your reserved time slot, your reservation time starts on time. Please call us if you know you’ll be running late.
  • WHAT ABOUT TIPPING ?
    A reservation at VIVA Karaoke x Studios more than just a space to sing, it’s a full-service experience. In addition to food and drink service, your server is there to maximize your karaoke experience. We will do put on a 15% gratuity/clean up fee and a 7% meals tax on the total value of your bill. Please inform us if you believe the fees and taxes should be different.
  • IS THERE A MINIMUM OF HOURS REQUIRED FOR A RESERVATION ?
    Only on Fridays and Saturdays, there is a minimum of 2 hours required for a reservation.
  • WHAT IS LAST CALL FOR ROOM AND DRINKS ?
    Last call for rooms is at 1am, last call drinks at 1:15am and glasses up at 1:45am.
  • IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS? AND HOW DOES IT WORK ? WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
    For all private studio requests a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy so you must cancel at least 2 days in advance to not be charged a fee. *Our Cancellation Policy may vary for private events, holiday season and length of reservation, please ask our staff for details when calling.
  • ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?
    Walk-ins are always welcomed, but rooms are subject to availability. ​
  • ARE DRINKS INCLUDED WITH THE PRIVATE KARAOKE STUDIOS ?
    Drinks are separate cost from the private karaoke studio rental charge.
  • IS THERE A MINIMUM DRINK PURCHASE REQUIREMENT IN A PRIVATE KARAOKE STUDIOS ?
    There are no drink or food purchase required in private studios
  • CAN I BRING IN PARTY DECORATIONS ?
    You’re welcome to decorate the room with banners but we do not allow balloons. No party sprays, confetti, glitter or any small/sticky objects allowed. Please respect our facility. A cleaning fee will occur if rules are not followed.
  • CAN I REQUEST TO MAKE A NON BUSINESS HOURS RESERVATION ?

  • IS THERE PARKING ?
    We do not have a parking lot, but there are plenty of parking spaces on the street.
  • ARE CAKES ALLOWED?
    We allow cakes but no ice cream cakes. Please keep in mind that we charge a $25 Cake fee for every cake brought in. We will provide the utensils and plating. Our team members will cut the cake and serve it to your guests.
